"I Am Enough"
Guided practices for the most fundamental acknowledgement of all: the one you give yourself.
Before you can see another human, you have to see yourself. Before you can say "I see you" to a stranger, you have to believe that who you are — without the titles, the output, the 150% performance — is enough.
The hypothesis
If you practice telling yourself "I am enough" in your body, not just your mind, something shifts that no amount of external validation can.

Guided Meditation: "I Am Enough" with Mady Morrison
A guided meditation by Mady Morrison, designed around the affirmation "I am enough." Let her voice guide you to a place where you can feel it, not just think it.
This meditation is in German. Even if you don't speak the language, the tone and intention carry through.
Exercise: The Unfiltered Me
Find a way to see yourself without the performance layer. Maybe it's photos where you weren't posing. Maybe it's sitting quietly and asking: who am I when I'm not trying to be anything? Maybe it's saying it out loud to someone who'll just listen.
Kevin made a short film as his version of this practice. Watch it →
If you don't have someone to do this with, that's exactly what A Human Who Listens is for.

This experiment is growing. If you have a practice that helps you remember you are enough — something you do, watch, read, or return to — we want to hear about it.
