What haelp is

haelp is a living lab for humanity — a community that explores what it means to be human through structured experiments, content, and daily acknowledgement. haelp is operated by Kevin Blumenstock.

Access

haelp is free to use. You create an account, download the app, and explore. There are no paid tiers, no gated content, no subscriptions.

  • The haelp app is free to download and use
  • You can participate in active experiments
  • You receive the daily acknowledgement notification (if opted in)
  • You can access Kevin's journal content (video, audio, text)

Donations

haelp is funded by voluntary donations. If you'd like to support the lab, you can make a one-time donation via our website. Donations are entirely voluntary, carry no obligation, and do not unlock additional features. Donations are processed securely by Stripe.

Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One account per person
  • You can request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@haelp.org

Content

All content in the haelp app (journal posts, videos, audio) is created by Kevin Blumenstock and is protected by copyright. You may consume this content for personal use. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially use haelp content without permission.

Experiments and personal responsibility

haelp operates as a real lab. Experiments are invitations to explore, not obligations. You can opt in and out of any experiment at any time. Experiments may change, pause, or conclude based on findings and community feedback. haelp does not guarantee specific outcomes from any experiment.

Experiments are not professional services, therapy, or medical advice. You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Donations and refunds

  • Donations are processed by Stripe. haelp does not store payment information
  • Donations are voluntary and one-time — no recurring charges
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email hello@haelp.org

What we expect from you

  • Treat the lab and its members with respect
  • Don't misuse the app or attempt to access other members' data
  • Don't use haelp for commercial purposes without permission

What you can expect from us

  • We'll treat you as a human, not a user metric
  • We'll be transparent about how haelp works and what we learn
  • We'll protect your data and privacy
  • We'll respond personally when you reach out

Safety

haelp believes in the good in people. Some experiments may involve connecting with others — listening sessions, group events, or shared practices. These connections are what make haelp real.

haelp facilitates these opportunities but does not screen, vet, or supervise participants. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct during any interaction that arises through haelp.

If you ever feel unsafe or threatened: remove yourself from the situation and contact your local emergency services. Once you are safe, please report the incident to us at hello@haelp.org so we can take appropriate action, including removing accounts where necessary to protect the community.

Limitation of liability

haelp is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. haelp is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of haelp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
